Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders ship from our studio in Colorado Springs, CO. We process & ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the UPS or USPS is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs) and then shipped. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx usually arrive within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information once your items have left our studio.

Guarantee

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense. 

With that said, there are a couple of common characteristics of Soy Wax that you might want to be aware of:

• Candles might arrive with slightly uneven tops. This is considered normal and a well known characteristic of the soy bean oil used to make soy wax.

These characteristics have no impact on the quality of your candle. It will burn clean and toxic free.

Extreme Temperatures

Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures,and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.
