With that said, there are a couple of common characteristics of Soy Wax that you might want to be aware of:
- Candles might arrive with slightly uneven tops. This is considered normal and a well known characteristic of the soy bean oil used to make soy wax.
These characteristics have no impact on the quality of your candle. It will burn clean and toxic free.
Extreme temperatures
Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.

Below are some common questions about our products
Do ya'll make everything yourself?
Yes we do! Nothing here is pre-made. Our candles utilize a proprietary blend of luxurious soy wax, and coconut wax which provides a smooth, beautiful candle with a long-lasting burn without the toxic side-effects.
We use premium fragrances and essential oils in custom blends that are phthalate-free, carcinogen-free, mutagen-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. Plus, they are fully compliant with Proposition 65, offering peace of mind with every burn.
Our balms and butters are developed in house from scratching using USDA certified organic ingredients sourced from US vendors.
How long should I burn my candle?
Soy wax candles have a "memory". That means that when you burn a soy candle and then extinguish it, the next time you burn it, the soy candle wax will melt across as far as it did the first time.
This is why it is so important to allow soy candles to burn all the way across to the edge of the container the first time you burn it before putting it out. This ensures that your soy candle does not “tunnel” as it burns, leaving wax along the sides of the container. A good rule of thumb is to burn your candle 1hr for every inch wide that the candle is. So if you have a 3inch wide soy candle, you may need to burn it for at least 3 hours for a good melt pool.
Is it normal for my candle to look bumpy after burning?
One of the unique characteristics of 100% natural soy wax is that it can sometimes cool unevenly, resulting in slight imperfections like surface bumps or cracks.
Unlike paraffin or other synthetic waxes, which are often processed to achieve a flawless, uniform appearance, natural soy wax retains some of its organic qualities. These minor imperfections are completely harmless and don't affect the performance of the candle—actually, they serve as a reminder that you’re burning a product that’s free from artificial additives or chemicals.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
Simply put, shipping isn't cheap, and someone has to pay for it! If we were to absorb the cost of shipping, we would have to increase the cost on all of our products. And even then we wouldn't completely cover our costs. So we decided to take a flat-rate approach that aligns closely with the rates that we're being charged.
