Refund policy

Returns

You may return unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping costs or discounts. No returns are accepted after 7 days. We do not currently do exchanges at this time. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items unless we made an error on our end.

Please reach out via email to initiate the return process. After we’ve given the all clear, you can ship your items to the address below:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card less any occurred shipping charges. Please note that it might take a few days for the credit to show on your credit card statement.

Damaged Orders

If an item(s) are damaged or lost during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery date.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options..
